Hello, please call me Ayako. Currently I got certificated from Ikenobo which is the oldest school of flower arrangement in Japan. I believe that flower arrangement, or "Ikebana" in Japanese has a relaxing effect for those who practice it. By arranging flowers and gaining experience in the art, you will use all five of your senses, and gradually become aware of the little things in life you usually may not notice. It is my hope that through ikebana more people can notice these little things, and as a result enjoy a happier fuller life. With my workshop I would like to introduce the spirituality and aesthetics of Japanese culture to visitors of Japan.
