I work at a French restaurant as a member of the kitchen staff and am in charge of the Western style sweets and bread baking.
I have a variety of duties and hobbies mostly revolving around my profession. I work as a guide on a walking tour of bakeries, run a bread baking classroom, organize food events, teach, and write articles. Not to mention my cooking classroom where I share my experience as a professional cook with others. My goal on my walking tour in the heart of Tokyo is to introduce the splendor of Japanese bread and sweets to people visiting Japan.
