Hi, I am Noriko. When I experienced the home cooking of New Zealand, I came to the realization that I wanted to create an opportunity for tourists to experience Japanese home cooking when visiting Japan. After returning to Japan, I opened a cooking studio and started teaching Japanese cuisine cooking classes to foreigners to explain Japanese culture and create connections with foreigners in Japan. In addition, I educate those that want to become qualified instructors to teach Japanese food culture to foreigners. Through Japanese cuisine, I hope to spread Japanese culture worldwide and build bridges amongst the countries.
