Overview

  • Summary This trip will take you out to our host in Machida, Tokyo, an area known for its unique mixture of city and countryside. Once we arrive in Machida, our local host and resident expert will become your guide for the day. Each group is limited to 8 people to ensure your day on the trails is paced and personalized for you. You’ll also have access to a translator so that you can communicate directly while getting to know our host. For 3 to 4 hours, we’ll explore the area, take on any hidden trails you find, and try some of the activities local to Machida. There will also be plenty of photo ops and chances to sit down for a chat with our host to ask any questions you may have about life in Japan’s countryside.
