Tokyo I work as both an accountant and a sushi chef. You might therefore call me a jack of all trades. I’ve studied English before and traveled to many interesting countries where I enjoyed a number of new and memorable experiences. I even gained a certification in massage, and taught cooking. Ultimately, I felt that I wold like to teach how to make sushi back in Japan. Once I started learning how to be a sushi chef, I truly realized the depth and charm of sushi. Now I’d like to utilize the English I have learned to tell the world about the joys of sushi. I opened my own business in 2013 and have since played host to over 4000 guests.
